When shopping with Chic Closet it is important to keep in mind that all listed items are either 100% thrifted or pre-owned. With that in mind if a item is in any form flawed it will be mentioned in the description. Shopping preowned is not only better for our environment but also puts a halt on fast fashion!
What is a Shop Live?
A shop live is a event held on Chic initial started home @chic.closet.thrifts instagram. On a live you will have the chance to make exclusive purchases on inventory that may either be discounted or not up on site yet! once live is over totals will be calculated and sent out along with a access code for you to access your buy through our “ live purchases” tab . Once code has been sent out your buy will be up for the next 24hrs, afterwards all buys that have not been paid for will be removed from access and your buy will be canceled.
What are shop Bids?
Bidding events are held for exclusive items listed on the shop Instagram. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for payment on you bid once won. Your purchase can be finalized in the same way that a live purchase would be , with a access code given to you once bid is won.
Does Chic Closet Buy From others?
Chic is always sourcing in-style pieces! Being that Chic sources to resell this means that offers made for your items will be lower then the initial price that a item would be listed for on site. The way it works is in three easy steps!
Send your item to Chic through direct message.
Chic will check your item out and verify if the item is currently what is being sourced.
Chic will give you a offer for your item/items and if you accept the offer your get paid on the spot!

make sure your items are clean and in good condition- no stains, fading, or excessive wear.

How can I get a refund?
Currently Chic does not offer any type of sales refund and all sales are final. You are always welcome to reach out to Chic personally if you have any further questions.
